Power  -  Flexibility  -  Balance

Body awareness  -  Endurance  -  Core stability

... these are all physical traits that every consistent golfer (even the fair-weather players) must possess.

The golf swing is a complex, explosive, and physically stressful action, and you must prepare your body to both produce and withstand the forces required for powerful drives.

Our program is committed to helping golfers accomplish
3 Major Goals...

1.      Increase your club swing range by improving your joint flexibility.

2.      Increase your club swing speed by developing your muscle strength.

3.   Increase your club swing power by training dynamic
      postural balance and segmental
coordination.

Structural Elements Contributing To
The Golf Swing

  • Core: The engine of the golf swing. Produces maximum power from the pivot through torque created on the back swing.
  • Leg Muscles: Allows for ease of maintaining consistent knee flex and golf posture for a repeatable swing.
  • Upper Back: Maintains spine angle for ease of rotating on back swing and follow through.
  • Lower Back: Maintains golf posture during swing as well as when putting.
  • Shoulder Muscles: Allows for a consistent top of the back swing position and better control of the club. Also adds club head speed as an extension of the core.
  • Forearms: Allows for a strong impact position with no break down at the wrists.
